Length of the paper:
keynote lectures 20 pages, invited 10 pages, contributed papers 6 – 8 pages.

The associated TeX file (with figures in Postscript) may be submitted on a diskette or sent by e-mail to: rantalai@mit.jyu.fi. The deadline for submission is August 31, 2000.

All papers will be reviewed and the authors will be informed on the acceptance of the paper by the end of October 2000.
