Call For Abstracts

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS, MINISYMPOSIA AND PAPERS Those participants who wish to present their contributions in the Conference are kindly asked to submit the abstract of their talk in the form: Title, authors and abstract text of 100 – 150 words by the end of April, 2000. Authors will be informed about the acceptance of their contribution by 15th of May, 2000. The conference program will include minisymposia on various aspects of the theory and applications of the finite element method. Each of them will be a two-hour session of 4-6 speakers. The organizing committee strongly encourages the submission of proposals for minisymposium topics. Please, send your proposals via e-mail to the address fem3@mit.jyu.fi or by mail to the conference secretary by the end of April, 2000. Include the title of the minisymposium, names of the organizers, a summary of the topic of the minisymposium, and a tentative list of speakers. The proposers are informed by the 15th of May, 2000 about acceptance of the minisymposia. |
