  • Registration


    The online registration together with conference fee are carried out electronically via web-site: Registration fee for CMAM-7.

    The basic conference fee covers the conference material including the scientific program and book of abstracts as well as the coffee breaks from Monday to Friday. The rest of the conference fees vary depending on whether they include coverage of the lunches (from Monday to Friday) and conference dinner.

    Early conference fee payment (before June 15, 2016):

    normal fee (all inclusive):   510 EUR
    normal fee (no conference dinner):   450 EUR
    normal fee (no conference dinner, no lunches):   400 EUR
    student fee (all inclusive):   410 EUR
    student fee (no conference dinner):   350 EUR
    student fee (no conference dinner, no lunches):   300 EUR

    Late conference fee payment (after June 15, 2016):

    normal fee (all inclusive):   610 EUR
    normal fee (no conference dinner):   540 EUR
    normal fee (no conference dinner, no lunches):   480 EUR
    student fee (all inclusive):   495 EUR
    student fee (no conference dinner):   420 EUR
    student fee (no conference dinner, no lunches):   360 EUR

    Visa application


    The invitation letter for the Visa application will be provided by the University of Jyväskylä. To request the corresponding invitation, please send us an email using cmam7@jyu.fi with the personal data (that must be included into the document) and the post address.
  • Terms & Conditions


    There is an 60 EUR extra charge for accompanying persons wishing to attend the dinner.

    Refund Policy

    Paid registrants who cannot attend will be refunded with a cancellation fee of 80 € if a request is received in writing to conference secretariat one month before the conference. Registrants are liable for their full fees after June 31, 2016 (i.e. NO REFUND will be made).

    The already paid registration can be transferred (without additional charges) to another participant from the same university, research institute or company.
